Third Sunday Food Drive • The Deacons are beginning a monthly food drive to support mercy missions in the Clearwater area and will be collecting canned and dry goods every third Sunday, with a goal of 200 lbs. each month. Bring your offerings to the church and thank you!

Bible Study Setup • The deacons could use your help in preparing the Fellowship Hall every Sunday at 8:45 a.m. for Bible Study at 9:30 a.m.

Audio/Visual Setup & Clean Up • Because our building is used by another congregation, our audio/visual equipment must be set up before our worship team rehearses on Sunday morning at 8:30 and the equipment (wires, mikes, etc.) must be gathered and stored after the service. If you can lend a hand at either or both times it would be appreciated.

Children’s Ministries • Helping with Sunday School, Training For the Pews and nursery is a great blessing and greatly needed. See Heath G.

Church Grounds Maintenance & Upkeep • Our deacons appreciate any help on small and larger jobs.

Mercy Ministry at The Ronald McDonald House • Quarterly dinners have been schedule for 2012: January 14, April 14, July 14, & October 13. Mark your calendar! We can no longer accept donations of food prepared or cooked off site by individuals or groups. This includes casseroles and baked goods. However, food prepared at a licensed food establishment, such as a grocery store or restaurant, can be used for meals. Packaged foods and whole fruits or vegetables purchased from retail grocery stores can also be accepted. As always, any meal can be prepared at Ronald McDonald House. See Michele H.
