Neil K. has kicked off the 2008 VBS officially with some lofty goals but with God’s help we can meet those goals.

We have a goal before us of 100 children attending by the last day and for our VBS to raise at least $500 in support of Mission Maya. Let’s begin to pray now for the needed staff, supplies, and of course children. Please pray from now through VBS for the preparation of hearts and for God’s blessing on the week. VBS will take place, June 23-27. Mark your calendar, take note of the chart for needed volunteers, pray, and join in the fun for VBS.

Vacation Bible School is approaching quickly and there are many areas we need help in, like prayer teams. So far we have one person signed up for that. Remember this is the biggest outreach we do in this community in which we live. We need to be asking for God to use this as a way to plant the seeds and to harvest ones that He calls.
